Russia, Turkey Trade Accusations over Syria BEIRUT/MOSCOW/LONDON: Russia said on Thursday it suspected Turkey was preparing a military incursion into Syria, as a Syrian army source said Aleppo would soon be encircled by government forces with Russian air support.
