Saudi Arabia government has implemented new visa fee structure for entry into Saudi Arabia effective from 1 st  Muharram 1438H (2 nd  October 2016). ISLAMABAD: A total of 29 intending pilgrims of Pakistan have so far died natural death in Saudi Arabia during Hajj 2016, Director General Hajj Sajid Yousfani said.   Briefing Hajj Advisory Committee (HAC) in Makkah Mukarma, he said the contingent of 1635 muavineen and 432 medical mission has been deployed in Saudi Arabia to serve intending pilgrims. Blast in Saudi Mosque Kills Three DUBAI: An attack on a mosque in al-Ahsa in east Saudi Arabia killed three people on Friday, Saudi-owned al-Arabiya television reported. An activist, citing witnesses, told Reuters earlier that an explosion was followed by gun attack on Imam Rida Mosque in the town of Mahasen in al- Ahsa region in the Eastern Province. Residents said security forces were exchanging gunfire with five “terrorists”. – Reuters

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s Ministry for Religious Affairs has confirmed martyrdom of 46 Pakistani pilgrims in Mina stampede, with 53 said to be still missing five days after the incident, Samaa reported. According to information released on the ministry’s official website, 46 Pakistani pilgrims have been martyred while 40 others are injured. Their details have been issued on the website: www.hajjinfo.org According to the official data, at least 10 injured pilgrims are still under treatment in Al-Noor Specialist Hospital, King Faisal Al- Shisha Hospital, King Abdul Aziz (Al-Zahir) Hospital and Pakistan Hajj Medical Mission Hospital in Makkah.
