Sindh govt announces summer vacations for schools

KARACHI: Sindh government announced summer vacations for schools all over the province, effective immediately.
School are to remain closed till July 24 until further notice. Sindh Secretary for Education Fazlullah Pechuho confirmed the announcement, saying the decision was taken after discussion with the provincial Minister for Education Nisar Khuhro.
The provincial ministry for education said the decision was taken keeping in view the rising temperatures all over the province. It further noted the vacations may get extended if the mercury continues to rise over the period of time.
