ICC announces change of venue for Pakistan-India match

NEW DELHI: The International Cricket Council (ICC) on Wednesday confirmed the change of venue for Pakistan-India match scheduled for March 19.

“We have shifted the match from Dharamsala to Kolkota. This is the best option available,” ICC chief executive Dave Richardson told a press conference.

“Bottom line is security is paramount for us. It is unfortunate that these concerns were raised by the local governments at this time,” he said.
