Suicide Blast in Shabqadar Kills Eight

SHABQADAR: At least eight people, including two policemen, were killed and more than 15 people others wounded when a blast ripped through a busy market in Charsadda tehsil of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Samaa reported Monday.

Police claimed that it was a suicide attack that occurred outside a local court in Shabqadar, a small town in Charsadda tehsil nearly 30 kilometres from Peshawar.

Deputy Commissioner Tahir Zafar unconfirmed that eight people, among them two policemen, have been martyred.
