Pakistani passport date extended till the “31st of Feb”

This Pakistani passport holder was definitely trolled by the authorities for receiving an extension that can never exist.

Here is a picture that proves the level of witlessness at our Passport Office. An extension of the Pakistani passport is made, mentioning a date that will never come into existence.

The passport holder received a leeway till the 31st of February 2017, not keeping in mind that the month marks its end at the 28th. Would it be safe to assume this as a human error? Or the people assigned to do this significant job are just not taking their errands very seriously.
